Let’s start at the beginning: a while back there was an event attended by Rep. Rachel Quintana and ex-Rep. Lozano’s former assistant Mayela Mejia, who currently runs the District 3 office and ran against Rep. Quintana last spring for the District 5 seat. A male, identified only as an employee of Sun Metro, accompanied Ms. Mejia to the event. At one point throughout the evening, Ms. Mejia and the Sun Metro employee informed Rep. Quintana that they were “an item.” Upon leaving, Rep. Quintana gave the Sun Metro employee her card and informed him he could call her if he needed “anything.” Apparently, that included oral sex in a Hummer.
Here’s where it gets bad: at some point during the oral sex, the Sun Metro employee’s cell phone dialed a number and left a voicemail of the blow-by-blow, literally. Since no secret is safe on City Hall’s 10th floor, the word spread like herpes and Rep. Quintana eventually admitted to it.
So, Rep. Quintana gave head to a bus driver to exact revenge on a former (or perhaps current) political foe. And you thought trying to screw over Southwest Airlines was bad.
Don’t let this post confuse you. We here at the Avocadoan have no problem with females giving head; in fact, we support it. The issue here is the motive: to piss someone off. Is this “Mean Girls 20 Years Later?” Also, what was this guy thinking accepting a blow job from Rep. Quintana? Guess there’s no accounting for taste; pun intended.
What next? This seems to me like a matter between consenting adults. Let’s hope that no taxpayer money is wasted on this.
As for the voicemail, we can’t wait until it hits the ‘net.

Note: it has not been confirmed what position in Sun Metro the recipient of the blow job holds; it just sounds a lot more interesting if we assume he is a driver.
