Avocadoan Exclusive: Southwest Key Kids Respond to Sarah Garcia
The El Paso Times recently printed an article on the controversy of Pegasus Elite Gentlemen’s Venue. In the article, Sarah Garcia claimed to be speaking for the kids at Southwest Key. As a result, it seems that some of those kids formed a group. That group sent the following letter to local media outlets in response. Here it is in its entirety.
To El Paso Media:
Last week, Sarah Garcia made a comment about us while protesting the operation of Pegasus Elite Gentlemen’s Venue. Her comment, as published in the El Paso Times, implied that we are incapable of speaking up for ourselves. This chick was quoted as saying, “Somebody needs to speak up for these kids.”
OMG, are you kidding me?
Listen lady, we do NOT need you speaking for us. As of now, we here at Southwest Key is Extremely Excited for Tits (SKEET) are speaking for ourselves. Who are you to say we don’t want a strip club next door?
First of all, have you seen the chicks that work there? Damn, they are HOT! I’m hoping to ask one to prom for next year or invite her to my parents’ house the next time they go out of town. Those bouncers are really cool guys, too. They never let us in, but they are really nice when they say “no.”
Also, Pegasus is a great way for the immigrants around here to see how great this country is. What better way to convince them to become LEGAL citizens?
How dumb do you think we are, Sarah? You think we haven’t seen a rap video or The Real World? We know what strip clubs are, but that doesn’t mean we want to work in one. How is Pegasus going to hurt us? It’s like Commissioner Teran said, we already learn what we need to from reality television.
Also, they only have Tom as a friend on that MySpace page that Sarah and her friends created showing license plates of people who go to Pegasus. Are you kidding me? What kind of loser has Tom as their only friend? LOL!
So next time you want to open your mouth, Sarah, don’t say you’re speaking for us.
