Better drink up. The Mayor gave his State of the City speech this week, mentioning his disappointment with the current recall attempt and how the storm water fees are necessary and reiterated that he is willing to discuss lowering them. Translation: don't hold me accountable for screwing up.
Better get some more tequila as the violence in Juarez continued. Mexicans are dropping like flies.

Perhaps we can raise our glasses to Mayor Cook who has said there will be a review of the stormwater fee. He also said the review will take a while. Question: how many more bills will have the current fee? Several car dealers started the uproar that has led to this review, so on that note, thanks, Dick!
